General

Payment:

Customers in the Netherlands are receiving the equipment with a invoice enclosed. Then we prefer to have the payment done within a month.
Customers outside the Netherlands will receive an conformation about their order and the total amount to be paid. They have to forward the money to our bank, using the method as agreed (VISA, AE, cheque or wire transfer). As soon as the money arrives, our company will send the products to you.

- All mentioned prices are netto.
- Depending on your situation, additional costs are added:

- Value Added Tax of 19%
- Transport costs.
- Bank costs
- Credit Card costs
Value Added Tax: (VAT)

The Dutch VAT is currently (2008) set to 19%.
Private people of the European Union who want to order equipment, will have 19% added over the total amount of the ordered material. The same counts for Companies in the Netherlands only.
Companies in the Europe are exempt from VAT but have to give their VAT number.
Private people and companies outside Europe are exempt of paying our Dutch VAT but have to pay import duties at their local customs.

Transport costs and used system:

The transport costs are based on the regular registered services of the national Dutch postal system.

Payment by credit cards

Step 1.
Send de Wijs an e-mail with your order having:
  • A description of the product with its product code and price.
  • Call or fax your credit card number, expire date and last three digits on the rear side.
  • Your name, address including country and telephone number.

  • If you are from a company in Europe: your VAT number
  • how soon you want to receive the products.

Step 2.
We will reply with an e-mail or Fax message with a concept invoice with all involved costs.

Step 3.
You have to reply whether you agree with this invoice by e-mail or fax.

Step 4.
We will execute the money transfer and send you the products with an official invoice.

Currently, our company supports VISA, American Express and Mastercard as system. Customers willing to use these systems have to pay the usual percentage fee that is also charged to our company by the credit card company. Prices in our pricelist DO NOT have credit card card costs enclosed, those are netto prices.

The American Express system demands 3,95 % and VISA/Mastercard 3,5% over the total amount to be transferred! We will bring this on the invoice. When using credit cards, no other bank costs are added.

TIP: when the payment exceeds 150,-- Euro's it is cheaper to use a wire transfer or cheque..

Step 1.
Send us an e-mail with your order having: 
  • A description of the product with its product code and price.
  • Your name, address including country and telephone number.
  • If you are from a company in Europe: your VAT number
  • how soon you want to receive the products.

Step 2.
We will reply with an e-mail or Fax message with a concept invoice with all involved costs.

Step 3.
When you agree with the invoice, you have to pay by wire in advance before we will ship the products. Then you will need our bank address:

After receipt of your payment, we will send you the products with an official invoice.

After receipt of your payment, we will send you the products with an official invoice.

Currently, our company supports Paypall as payment system. Customers willing to use this systems have to pay 4,3% + 1 Euro fee that is also charged to our company by the Paypall system. Prices in our pricelist DO NOT these paypal costs enclosed, those are netto prices.

The Paypal system charges 3,5 % over the total amount to be transferred!. We will bring this on the invoice.
